Hani Sayed is an associate professor of Law at the American University in Cairo. He holds a Licence en Droit from the Faculty of Law at Damascus University, a D.E.S. from the Graduate Institute – University of Geneva, and an S.J.D. from Harvard Law School. He teaches and writes on a diverse set of topics in the fields of International Law, Law and Development, International Economic Law, Global Governance, and Legal Theory.
